Ultrasuede® is perfect for appliqué, patchwork, quilting, accessories, and more because it doesn’t fray easily, there is no need to turn under edges on appliqué pieces.  Made from 100% polyester microfiber and non-fibrous polyurethane, it passes or exceeds industry standards for crocking, pilling, fraying and fading.

Care instructions:

• Machine wash
• Tumble dry
• Can be ironed with steam iron on synthetic setting
• Dry cleanable by conventional methods

When using Ultrasuede® fabric for appliqué, you should pre-wash it to prevent dark dyes from running onto lighter colors.

Use #80/12 needles for sewing ultrasuede.
