If your machine is in need of a little TLC, our Machine Technician Mitchell Bradley, has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the servicing and repair industry.
Mitch provides excellence in repairs and servicing of all brands and types of sewing, embroidery, overlocking, coverstitch and industrial machines of any age.
Mitch is the only fully authorised technician of Bernina machines on the Sunshine Coast. He attends training and education courses to keep up to date with his profession.
Whether it’s an annual service or a technical issue with your machine, you can bring it in to our Warana store Monday to Friday 9-4 or Saturdays 9-1. Your machine stays on the premises and work is guaranteed by Mitch for 6 months after the date completed.

It is highly recommended that your machines are serviced every 12-18 months to keep them in tip top condition and prevent any long term damage. Ensure you are using good quality machine thread and change the needle approximately every 4-6 sewing hours or 10 overlocking hours. Clean the machine as indicated in the instruction manual in-between servicing periods.
